Goa Website Designers, as a website design agency offers the following services for registering domain names, designing websites and hosting them on the internet.  The following Terms & Conditions apply for getting websites registered, designed and hosted by us.

REGISTERING DOMAIN NAMES

Domain Name Registration services are subject to the terms & conditions published at the registrar website, which could be accessed at, Network Solutions Inc., Register.com, DotRegister.com, Melbourne IT, Bulk Register or as applicable for your domain.

The service is for 1 year or any additional period that is paid for and thereafter, in case, the renewal charges are not paid on time your domain name could get expired & your website may not be online. Goa Website Designers will intimate you on the renewal of the service that is due but it is not the responsibility of Goa Website Designers to give you such intimations in advance. It is confirmed by you that the responsibility of renewing your domain name and server space or any other service will lie with you.

You acknowledge and agree that the service will commence (i.e. your website will be made online at your registered domain name) only after complete payment of the agreed amount.

By submitting a request to register a particular domain to Goa Website Designers for Registration, you are also warranting that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

In the event of non-payment of any services, Goa Website Designers reserves the right to re-sell the Domain, Layout & all other related material to any third party or use itself, including the Domain/ Content / Structure/ Layout and all other related material without any intimation & no further correspondence in this regard would be entertained.

All amounts paid to Goa Website Designers are non-refundable/ non- transferable under any circumstances. Wherever in this Agreement the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender is used, it will be construed as including all genders, and wherever the singular is used, it will be deemed to include the plural and vice versa, where the context so requires.

WEBSITE CONSULTATION

The proprietor of Goa Website Designers or some Marketing Executive representing us will visit the client interested in designing a website only once anywhere in Goa.  Thereafter the client can communicate his/her requirements through phone, email, fax, letters, and courier or by personally visiting our office. Website consultation and understanding clients requirements for a website will be done only once in person any where in Goa. If a client desires to see our recent work they may do so online in our website portfolio in www.holidaygoa.com  or www.goawebsitedesigners.com or offline on our laptop only once at the time of consultation.

INTERNET HOSTING SERVICES

Server space and Domain names on the internet can only be rented out on yearly basis (for any period of years) and not out-rightly purchased. All our packages include registration of domain name (as and when available), Server space as much as required for completing a website (Max 40 Mb) and 1 email with independent mail box facility (Max 10 Mb). Total server space in basic package limited to 50 MB. Extra web space at the rate of Rs.500/- per 10 Mb. We do not sell stand alone server space, i.e. clients should design their websites with us for server space. www.yourbusinessname.com domain name will be registered as per your choice. Domain name and server space are renewable every year as per current rates applicable at the time of renewing. Your website ownership details will be reflected at the Registrant details which can be viewed from any WHO IS service. For example www.betterwhois.com

WEBSITE DESIGNING

We design / develop websites / applications as per your specifications. Under the Website design process, we offer updates/ changes till you are satisfied with the final outcome OR, as per the contract terms.  Only after complete satisfaction of the client will the website be hosted and made online on the internet on the respective domain name. During the website designing and website development process the client is required to regularly visit online and check the progress of work on his site at www.seeyoursitegoa.com

WEBSITE DATA & CONTENT

The client has to provide us the complete information, details and textual matter about his/her business that need to be highlighted in the web site.  Also all authentic photos of the products or services have to be provided to us. Any copyright issues regarding the data content or ownership of images will be the sole responsibility of the client and not the service provider i.e. Goa Website Designers.

The Complete Content on your website is owned by you. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goa Website Designers, its parent, affiliates and associates, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit or as a result of any copyright/ intellectual property / any other rights violation. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement for whatever reason.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Content development is the process of researching, writing, gathering, organizing, and editing information for publication on web sites. If a client needs this specialized service of getting authoritative and authentic text matter researched for his field of business, then this is undertaken at an extra charge.  Cost per page of content development is Rs. 1000/-. Specific details about products and services have to be provided by the client.

MAINTANENCE OF WEBSITE

After a clients website is completed, hosted and made online on the internet, every client gets one final opportunity to have a good look at his/her website from any computer connected to the internet. Then the client can make some last final changes, if any, to the site. General maintenance of website is provided to make sure that your website is online on a 24/7/365 days every year *. Minor changes of phone numbers and addresses of clients will be changed on the website as required.  Henceforth any other changes to the pages content of text and images or any other design will attract additional charges for doing so. Minimum charges applicable are Rs. 500/- per page, Maximum charges applicable are Rs. 1000/- for any changes to that page only.  Charges could be higher if change in content matter and images is extensive.              

PAYMENT TERMS

Two local bank cheques have to be provided to us, one  50 % Advance by Cheque at the time of starting the website design work and the balance 50 % by post dated Cheque (PDC) dated after website completion date.  Website completion date will be the date when the completed website is uploaded and hosted on the internet at its own URL or domain name.  The client chooses and decides this date.

EMAIL MAIL BOX

Email mail box will be provided with a space of max 20 Mb within the website server space provided.  This is sufficient enough for a new website. Clients are requested to configure their personal email Ids to Outlook Express. This helps in getting all your received mail to jump from your company email automatically on your computer every time you log on to the internet. This keeps your company Email mail box empty and free for incoming mail on a regular basis. Other better option is to do forwarding or redirection of all website mails to your free yahoo or Google email id.

WEBSITE PHOTOGRAPHY

We also do still website photography if the client needs our photography services. This professional service is at an extra charge but cost is comparatively lower than the market prices. Photography is done, according to the needs of the website. Website photography is done on both digital and film format. Client is provided all the best photos on a CD for his future use.

PROMOTION OF WEBSITE / SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION

 We do not guarantee any Priority Listing / Domain Listing in any search engines. We optimize web sites for better search engine visibility & hence generate better results for all of our members. We do not provide any type of search engine optimization for our client’s websites. Our services are limited to website designing, website programming, website hosting and making a website online. We do not promote one website over the other or engage in any type of internet marketing for making websites popular. We are not in the business of making any online website popular with Google or any other search engines. So we do not guarantee hits, high traffic or popularity of your website once it’s online on internet.

FTP CONTROL OF WEBSITE

After designing and hosting of website on the internet, if client is interested in having the FTP control of his/her website on the server, we do provide the same, on the condition that we are not further responsible for any changes or defects in the content matter of the website.

After starting work on a website, every client gets the facility to see how his/her site is getting developed on a regular basis.  We temporarily host your under - construction website on our domain called www.seeyoursitegoa.com on a certain arranged date. This way you can see your website as and when it is getting developed at different stages.

QUOTATION OF WEBSITE WORK

Since web designing and web programming requirements differ from client to client, hence we provide customized work quotations for every client. Written quotations are provided to clients specifying what the client will get in his website package.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goa Website Designers, its parent, affiliates and associates, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit or as a result of any transaction done on or through this site. You agree that your obligations to indemnify under "Indemnity" in the Goa Website Designers Terms & Conditions any claim or demand associated with your domain name / e-mail address.
